Meet the Team
Danny is a real estate professional with almost two decades of experience in investment real estate and property management. He began his career working in property management while in college with a large multifamily owner-operator and became a licensed real estate broker in his early 20s.
He built his foundation in the industry through underwriting, acquisitions, lease-ups, and the management of distressed single-family and multifamily assets in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, developing a disciplined, performance-driven approach to real estate operations.
He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Renters Warehouse franchise in Milwaukee, where he helped develop and oversee vertically integrated services including property management, brokerage, and maintenance/renovation contracting. He also served as the District Manager for the state of Florida for a large national operator, overseeing management operations for institutionally owned scattered-site single-family rental and build-to-rent portfolios.
He holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and brings an institutional-level perspective to residential property management.
