Risk-Free “Test Drive” Guarantee
Get started with confidence. If you're not 100% happy with our service, you not only have the flexibility to cancel with ZERO fee/penalty but we will also refund you any base management fees paid to Fort Lauderdale Property Management within the first 90 days.
No Commitment Guarantee
We believe in earning your business every day. That’s why we don’t rely on restrictive contracts to keep you with us, our management agreement will always be on a month to month basis.
Communication & Response Time Commitment
Our commitment to you is that all questions or inquiries will be acknowledged in 1 business day or less so you're never left wondering about your property
Tenant Placement Warranty
We are standing by our tenant screening and leasing process. If a tenant we place vacates the property or is evicted within the first 9 months of tenancy, we will re-rent the property at no additional cost to you.
Eviction Protection Guarantee
In the rare case of an eviction, in the first 12 months of the tenancy, we will pay for the eviction cost up to $1000 if a tenant we placed violates the lease in a manner that warrants an eviction: delinquent rent, excessive noise/damage or criminal behavior.
Pet Damage Guarantee
We take extra precautions with pet screening and provide added protection against potential pet-related damages. We provide up to $1,000 damage protection for each pet that has been approved during our screening process. This guarantee is for any damage above normal wear and tear that is not covered by the tenant's security deposit

We operate with transparency, integrity, and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients and their investments. Fort Lauderdale Property Management guarantees that we are fully licensed in the State of Florida under the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to do business as your Licensed Agent/Broker ( Florida Real Estate Corporation License #CQ1074424). We Guarantee all bank accounts are registered as Trust Fund Accounts as required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).
Property Owner Guarantees & Commitments
Safe & Functional Property Guarantee
For the safety of our prospective residents, we require our homes to be safe and functional. All major systems and fixtures must be operational and be able to pass the mandatory Rental Housing Inspection Program check list. *Cared for properties appreciate in value and tend to retain high quality residents.
Communication Commitment
With larger maintenance repairs and tenant turnovers, we need our Owner clients to provide responses in a timely manner. Quick communication assures our tenants that we value them and ultimately saves you money with reduced vacancy times.
Homeowners Insurance Guarantee
To hire Fort Lauderdale Property Management, we need each Homeowner insurance policy to be updated to an Investment Property Policy naming Fort Lauderdale Realty d/b/a Fort Lauderdale Property Management as Additional Insured or Entity of Interest. This change should be made immediately.
