At Fort Lauderdale Property Management, we partner with trusted vendors to deliver timely, high-quality maintenance and repair services across our properties. We work with professionals who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of consistency when servicing occupied homes.

Our network includes both established companies and independent contractors across a variety of trades.

VENDOR STANDARDS

To ensure consistent service across all properties, we evaluate each vendor based on the following:

Quality of Work

We partner with vendors who demonstrate strong workmanship, attention to detail, and reliability in their respective trade.

Pricing

Competitive, fair, and transparent pricing is required. Estimates and invoices should be clearly documented and aligned with market standards.

Communication & Timeliness

Vendors are expected to communicate promptly, respond to service requests in a timely manner, and provide updates as needed. Non-emergency requests should be acknowledged same business day if submitted before 2:00 PM EST, with immediate response for urgent issues.

Licensing & Insurance

Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance and, where applicable, workers’ compensation coverage. Any required trade-specific licenses must be current and in good standing.

Professionalism & Consistency

Vendors who are responsive, professional, and consistent will be prioritized for ongoing work opportunities.
