Tenant Placement Warranty

We are standing by our tenant screening and leasing process. If a tenant we place vacates the property or is evicted within the first 9 months of tenancy, we will re-rent the property at no additional cost to you.

Eviction Protection Guarantee

In the rare case of an eviction, in the first 12 months of the tenancy, we will pay for the eviction cost up to $1000 if a tenant we placed violates the lease in a manner that warrants an eviction: delinquent rent, excessive noise/damage or criminal behavior.

Pet Damage Guarantee

We take extra precautions with pet screening and provide added protection against potential pet-related damages. We provide up to $1,000 damage protection for each pet that has been approved during our screening process. This guarantee is for any damage above normal wear and tear that is not covered by the tenant's security deposit.
