In consideration and appreciation for referring your client(s) to us – upon the execution of their management agreement and/or execution of the tenant’s lease (only if applicable) – our company will pay you a referral fee.
Your clients are safe with us as our only focus is property management and leasing. Our company, Fort Lauderdale Property Management, unequivocally agrees to a non-compete with you in regards to working with your client to buy or sell real estate. If in the future the client informs us that they would like to acquire additional properties or sell their portfolio, we will inform you directly. We will make every effort to direct the client back to you so that you may have the opportunity to continue to work with them.
